Love Me First

Love Me First is a spiritual bath salt blend that is specially made for you to manifest self love or to attract more love. All ingredients are bath salt, clover oil, baking soda, rose petals, rosemary, cinnamon sticks, tiger eye, rose quartz, clear quartz, citrine, pink himalyan salt, sea salt, and topped with Bay Leaves. The bay leaves are on top for you to have easy access to write your intentions on each bay leaf for your bath. Rose Quartz are added for self love and self confidence. Clear quartz is for healing and amplifying your intention. Citrine is to dispel negative feelings and thoughts and leave a warm happiness. Tiger eye is to protect from negative energies, focus the mind, and promote harmony and balance. Cinnamon and rose petals are to attract the love you seek, whether it's from within or outwards. Rosemary soothes some skin conditions which can relate to self love because of how we see ourselves. Rosemary also provides energy upliftment, love, and healing. Clover Oil provides inner warmth, inspiration, and love. It stirs the spirit into action.

There is also shower baggies that may be used in bath (one per bath) if you don't have a filter or it may be used for those who take showers. You tie the string around the shower head so that the baggie is sittong infront of the jetters.

Once you wash yourself you should set up your spiritual bath (i.e. candles, music..) you then enter the bath and pour the water over you from head to toe. while partaking in the bath your mind should either be clear or having visions of what you wish to come. Stay in the bath no longer than 20-30 minutes. It is best to air dry but pat dry if you must. After bath you can continue to manifest.
